Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy family dental practice on a permanent, long-term basis.

Our office takes pride in providing excellent patient care while maintaining a positive, supportive, and enjoyable work environment. We have an amazing team that works well together, and we're excited to welcome a new team member who shares our commitment to exceptional patient service!

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, Permanent
  • Hours:
  • Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of front desk experience in a dental office (required)
  • Must be comfortable using Abeldent dental practice management software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing a welcoming experience for our patients

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Managing patient records and correspondence
  • Processing payments and insurance claims
  • Coordinating the daily schedule with the clinical team
