Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator

Northern Dental Centre

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. If you love helping people, enjoy staying organized, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome.
  • Answering phones, emails, and texts.
  • Scheduling hygiene and treatment appointments.
  • Helping keep our hygiene schedule running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Confirming appointments and reaching out to patients who are due for care.
  • Assisting patients with insurance questions and processing claims.
  • Collecting payments and keeping patient information up to date.
  • Supporting our dentists, hygienists, and fellow team members wherever needed.
  • Helping create an exceptional experience for every patient who visits our office.

  • Is organized, reliable, and pays attention to the little details.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm and positive.
