Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, familiarity with medical and dental office procedures, and experience managing electronic medical records. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both clinical and administrative functions within a medical or dental practice. Candidates with background in hospital settings, nursing, or acute care are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently
  • Maintain and update electronic medical records using accuro
  • Support clinical staff by preparing examination rooms and managing supplies
  • Handle patient inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Good speed for faxes and phone calls.
  • Knowledgeabout vaccines is a plus.

Requirements
