Our dental office is looking for a Dental Reception Admin!

We use the scheduling software Paradigm.

Days: Mon,Thurs,Fri,Sat.

As a front desk administrator, your typical day includes:
- Answering phone calls; scheduling/modifying/cancelling/confirming appointments
- Answering e-mails
- Processing invoice, insurance claim submissions, and collection of co-pay
- Submitting treatment predetermination to insurance carriers and providing estimates
- Documenting
- Opening/closing duties
- Calling insurance companies to obtain plan information

The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Caring, enjoys building and maintaining relationships with patients and colleagues alike
- Friendly and assertive; has strong personal and communication skills
- Able to work collectively or on their own unsupervised from time to time
- Detail-oriented
- Eager to learn new things
- Previous dental office experience preferred
