Onyx Dentistry is a patient-focused dental office seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist who is able to speak Russian with at least one year experience. This position is primarily a front-desk role, with occasional clinical assistance when needed.

Primary Responsibilities (Reception – Main Role):

  • Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
  • Processing payments, insurance claims, and predeterminations
  • Managing patient records and recall systems
  • Coordinating treatment plans and daily schedules
  • Ensuring smooth front desk operations

Secondary Responsibilities (Occasional Clinical Support):

  • Chairside assistance when required
  • Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
  • Supporting sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

  • Dental Assistant Certificate (required)
  • Previous dental reception experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Experience with dental software (Dentrix is an asset)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
