Job Summary

Join a busy, well-established dental practice in Mississauga. We're looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our administrative team, support our clinicians, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. This role offers autonomy, a collaborative leadership team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the continued success of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Oversee patient care services, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records using Tracker practice management system and systems such as MaxAssist.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, vendors, and external partners for seamless service delivery.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Conduct staff training sessions on policies, procedures, and new technologies.
  • Handle budgeting, billing, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage human resources functions including recruitment, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

Experience

  • Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare administration.
  • Strong background in patient care coordination within
  • Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with computer operation skills for process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with dentalsoftware Tracker and MaxAssist is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective presentation of information and negotiation with stakeholders.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
