About us

We are professional, fast-paced, supportive and patient care driven looking to add a permanent PART or FULL TIME medical office assistant.

Our work environment includes:

We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the medical staff, including scheduling appointments, filing patient records, operating a busy phone line and maintaining patient flow. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collect and enter patient information into the computer system.
  • Assist with filing, copying, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide support to physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
  • Med Access EMR experience required.

Wage dependent on experience. Benefits offered after probationary period is complete.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
