We are excited to add a full-time receptionist to our team. We are a private plastic surgery practice.

Our goals include providing exceptional patient care, preserving and continually strengthening the patient-doctor relationship, fostering an inclusive culture, and fully supporting our team members.

About the role - Key responsibilities:

  • Greet patients
  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Manage patient communication services such as office email, text, and website communication
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and reports
  • Various other reception tasks
