  • Handle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed promptly
  • Maintain organized patient files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive medical information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and appointment reminders
  • Support the clinic team with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Dentrix
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient information and appointments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy healthcare environment
  • Prior experience with dental office operations or medical office administration is a plus
