  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using dental practice management software.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate team members.
  • Collect patient information, verify insurance details, and update electronic medical records with accuracy.
  • Manage patient flow by coordinating appointment times and preparing necessary paperwork for upcoming visits.
  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and ensure all administrative records are maintained meticulously.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to confidentiality standards related to medical and personal information.

Skills
