Lead Dental Administrator / Receptionist (Growth Opportunity to Office Manager)
Are you an experienced dental receptionist with leadership skills and a passion for creating an exceptional patient experience? Upper East Dental is looking for a professional, motivated, and organized individual to lead our front desk operations—with the potential to grow into an Office Manager role.

This is a unique opportunity to join a modern, growing dental practice from the ground up and help shape the systems, culture, and patient experience we build together.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome patients and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate and present treatment plans clearly and compassionately
  • Lead daily administrative functions and support fellow team members
  • Oversee scheduling, insurance processing, billing, and patient communications
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless flow of care
  • Contribute to the development of office systems, protocols, and team culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of dental reception experience (supervisory or team lead experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of treatment planning and dental procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Cleardental software
