Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently
  • Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
  • Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing records
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
  • Assist with medical or dental office procedures by managing patient or client information with confidentiality and care

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong computer skills including data entry, filing, and document proofreading
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience working in medical or dental offices is a plus, especially as a receptionist or front desk coordinator
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, customer support practices, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
  • Ability to type quickly with high accuracy and maintain organized records efficiently
