About the Role:
At Saskatchewan Prairie Health Centre, we are committed to providing coordinated, efficient, and patient focused healthcare services. We are looking for a Diagnostic Services Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the smooth delivery of diagnostic services across our healthcare operations.
In this mid level role, you will coordinate diagnostic appointments, support clinical and administrative teams, monitor service workflows, and help ensure patients receive timely and organized diagnostic care. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and department teams to address operational needs and improve the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Coordination: Coordinate diagnostic appointments, referrals, schedules, and patient service requirements.
Patient Services: Assist patients with diagnostic appointments and provide clear information regarding scheduling and service requirements.
Department Coordination: Work with laboratory, imaging, nursing, medical, and administrative teams to maintain effective daily workflows.
Scheduling and Records: Maintain accurate appointment information, documentation, records, and departmental reports.
Issue Resolution: Identify scheduling and operational concerns and coordinate solutions with the appropriate healthcare teams.
Quality Support: Assist with workflow improvement initiatives and departmental quality and service improvement activities.
Team Collaboration: Provide day to day coordination support to staff and contribute to an organized and professional working environment.
What We Are Looking For?
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, diagnostic services, hospital operations, medical coordination, or a related field.
Education: Diploma or degree in Health Administration, Medical Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare workflows, diagnostic scheduling, patient services, and medical documentation.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate time sensitive requests.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams.
Technology: Comfortable using electronic medical records, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and other healthcare administrative software.
Mindset: You are dependable, detail oriented, patient focused, and capable of taking ownership of daily coordination responsibilities.
Pay: $5,165.00-$6,553.00 per month
