At 3 for 1 Glasses we are passionate about bringing people better sight. By joining our team you will learn about the Optical Industry while developing your Customer Service and Sales Techniques needed to grow your career. You'll be part of a locally owned and operated Eyewear Leader complete with our own local lab.. All with complete and professional job training and coaching.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

* Consistently deliver and achieve sales goals and KPI"s

* Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings

* Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements and making sure our customers are getting the perfect fit

* Actively participate and contribute to a positive work culture , fostering strong relationships with peers our Doctors and managing partners

*. Takes pride in the appearance of our clinic and shows initiative to keep it neat, clean and organized

* Help Forster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
