Full job description

EMG London is seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Medical Office Assistant to support our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including (but not limited to)

  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Taking payments.
  • Booking medical appointments using Accuro.
  • Multitasking in a very busy work environment.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Editing consultation reports and physician notes.
  • Processing, triaging, and completing incoming faxes.

To qualify for this position, you must have previous medical office experience, and proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records systems.

The chosen candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize, work in a team setting, be detail-oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Please submit your resume for consideration.
