About the Role

As Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice while helping support long-term growth and team success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the administrative team
  • Optimizing scheduling and operational workflows
  • Supporting patient communication and treatment acceptance
  • Driving patient retention and new patient experience
  • Helping foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
  • Partnering closely with doctors and leadership to support practice goals

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
