Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Representative (French & English required)

Position Type: On-site, Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Brampton, Ontario

Reports To: Customer Experience Manager, Eastern

Compensation: From $45,000 CAD base Salary + Benefits

Position Overview

The Bilingual Customer Care Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers via phone, email, and in person. This role ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders, confirming details, and assisting with product selection. The successful candidate will act as a problem solver, managing issues such as stock discrepancies, short shipments, returns, and general customer inquiries. By maintaining clear communication and providing timely solutions, the Customer Care Representative plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

· Provide timely, professional support to customers via phone, email, and other channels

· Assist with product information, pricing, orders, and general inquiries

· Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases as needed

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

· Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on products and processes

· Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or Secondary Education.

· Bilingual – French (asset) and English required.

· Two (2) years experience working in a customer service role environment.

· Knowledge of inventory controls.

· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to make decisions independently when required.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Bilingual, French and English required; and

· Strong team player with positive attitude.
