HM Medical is a hard working and well-regarded multidisciplinary team who is ready to address all aspects of our patient's recovery. Our team includes specialized doctors and physicians, rehabilitation professionals, psychologists, occupational therapists, orthopedists who are committed to advancing the care of chronic pain, concussion, psychological and neurological disorders as well. From testing and diagnosing to conducting treatment, we treat all physical, cognitive and emotion related symptoms and carry out Catastrophic assessments and manage TORT cases.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities to join our team as an MVA Multidisciplinary Clinic Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a MVA rehabilitation clinic or Assessment Centre with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up on outstanding
  • Calling for coverage to EHC companies
  • Processing payments
  • Medical File Reviews
  • OCF-18 Form completion
  • Assisting with various administrative duties as requested
  • Work closely with and under the direction of the Billing & Accounts Manager
  • Assist with preparing weekly and monthly reporting

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a MVA Multidisciplinary clinic
  • Experience and knowledge of EHC billing practices, insurance companies, and coverage information
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Academic verbal and written English communication skills (Knowledge of Russian is an advantage as well)
  • TELLUS, HCAI and Universal Scheduling Software is a must
  • Knowledge of MVA OCF Forms is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
