Full job description

RebalanceMD is a best-in-class, multi-disciplinary clinic offering a dynamic, collaborative team environment. We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapy Administrator to support our Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists and administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning on the job while helping keep a busy clinic running smoothly.

This position focuses on reception and front-desk support.

Hours: Varying shifts between 7:00am to 8:00pm

Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred but not required. We are most interested in candidates who bring the right attitude, positive energy, a willingness to learn, and a strong appreciation for customer service. Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients and supporting front-desk operations
  • Providing reception, phone, and administrative coverage as needed
  • Processing payments through third party insurance and POS systems
  • Supporting team members during breaks, absences, and peak clinic times
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Learning clinic workflows and systems with training and team support
  • Escalating questions or issues appropriately to senior MOAs, team leads, or leadership
  • Contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic experience

This role is well suited for someone who is organized, adaptable, enjoys multitasking, and thrives in a team-based environment.
