Located in Richmond Centre Mall next to Lenscrafters, our office is looking for an individual to help Doctors provide an exceptional eye health experience for our patients. We are looking for both part time and full time positions to be filled by someone who is enthusiastic, organized and has excellent communication skills.

Job description

Responsibilities involved:

  • communicating with patients in person, phone and email
  • collecting medical history and entering into electronic medical records software
  • pretesting services using Optometric instruments (training provided)
  • scheduling patients using our online appointment booking system
  • private insurance billing and payment collection

Successful qualifications:

  • strong communication skills a must
  • able to work in a team environment
  • proficient computer knowledge
  • multitasking in a fast paced environment
  • previous experience in optometric/medical office an asset
