Dental Receptionist | Full-Time

Grand Dental is a modern, fast-growing practice led by Dr. Norina Leung, known for gentle dentistry, high standards, and a warm, well-run clinic culture. Our reception team plays a key role in making patients feel genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.

This role is for you if you are:

  • An experienced dental receptionist who’s calm, polished, and personable
  • Confident with scheduling, insurance, and patient communication
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a busy environment
  • Comfortable with dental software (Curve Dental is a plus)

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome patients and manage the flow of the day
  • Keep schedules running smoothly and handle changes with ease
  • Coordinate treatment plans, insurance, and payments with clarity and care
  • Support the team and patients with professionalism and warmth

Schedule:

  • Monday, 8:45AM - 12:45PM
  • Tuesday 7:45AM – 4:15PM
  • Wednesday 9:15AM - 2:15PM
  • Thursday, Saturday 7:45AM - 4:15PM
  • Saturdays are a must for this role
