## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Referral Coordinator to join our team. The Referral Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing referrals from healthcare providers and ensuring seamless coordination of care for patients.

## Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process referrals from healthcare providers
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed
- Coordinate appointments and services for patients with various healthcare providers
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date referral records in the database
- Monitor the status of referrals and follow up as necessary
- Assist in resolving any issues or barriers related to referrals

## Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Health quest required: 3 years (preferred)
