Full job description

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a family medical clinic
  • Experience using Healthquest EMR is required
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be willing and available to work at multiple clinic locations as needed, including our new clinic opening approximately 15 minutes from our current location
  • Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments
  • Update, organize, and maintain patient medical records
  • Send and follow up on referrals
  • Scan, fax, file, and process medical documents
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
  • Assist physicians and other clinic staff with daily administrative duties

We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, professional, and able to work at either clinic location whenever coverage is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
