Full job description
We are currently seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our busy and fast-paced specialty medical practice in the Broadway area of Saskatoon. This is a full-time position offering a consistent weekday schedule and an opportunity to work as part of a supportive, patient-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and arrive patients according to specialty-specific workflows
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Prepare and room patients for appointments
- Clean and reset rooms between patients to maintain clinical standards
- Support smooth daily clinic flow with attention to detail and timeliness
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a medical office setting (specialty experience preferred)
- Certification as a Medical Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Accuro EMR, specifically with patient booking and workflow management
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Canadian citizenship and valid documentation to work in Canada required
