Our office provides a very warm nurturing environment. Our staff enjoy coming to work and seeing the incredible changes in our patients. We are looking for someone who wants more satisfaction out of their career and who wants to function in a positive work environment, and who embodies the values of Integrity, Growth, Connection, Passion and Legacy.

We will train the right person as needed. The office is very busy and is an optometric specialty practice. We work with many children, as well as adults with significant vision difficulties. We need a patient care coordinator to also help execute exceptional patient care and administrative responsibilities. Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills required, including a pleasant phone personality. Must possess a mature, flexible attitude, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to follow-up. Must have experience using MS Office. Must be a quick learner; sales experience is a plus and is not required. Other qualities that we are looking for include someone who is sharp and able to multi-task, comfortable collecting payments from patients and a positive, upbeat personality. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between patients and medical staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare procedures. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient satisfaction and the efficient functioning of our practice. This position is full time, permanent and long term.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
