Full job description

Medical Office Assistant. General reception and clerical duties in a Consulting Pediatric Specialty office.

Responsibilities:

  • scheduling and confirming appointments
  • answering phone calls
  • using Electronic Medical Records system to send out referrals and consultation letters and maintain charts. Accuro is the system used in our office.
  • medical billing

Ability to speak mandarin and cantonse is an asset.

Minimum one year experience.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
