Administrative Coordinator / Patient Greeter

Experience in a dental office is considered an asset, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

As the first face our patients see, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Warmly greeting patients and making them feel welcome
  • Creating an exceptional first impression for every patient
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Insurance verification
  • Managing patient records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Processing payments and assisting with insurance submissions
  • Coordinating schedules with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assisting with patient communications and follow-up
  • Helping with general administrative duties
  • Supporting the clinical team when needed, including clinical or sterilization assistance
  • Contributing to an efficient, positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and confident personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • Previous dental experience is an asset but not necessary
