K-TOWN Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly, caring, and customer-service-focused Medical Reception Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, creates a positive and reassuring experience for every client, and takes pride in delivering outstanding front-desk service in a healthcare setting.Our reception team plays a key role in ensuring clients feel comfortable, supported, and valued from the moment they walk through the door or call our clinic.

Position Details- Benefits: Health Spending Account available after 3 months of full-time employmentKey Responsibilities- Providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all clients in person and over the phone- Acting as the first point of contact and setting a positive tone for each client visit- Client check-in, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment processing- Assisting clients with questions in a calm, friendly, and helpful manner- Maintaining organized and up-to-date client records- Ensuring the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and inviting at all times- Working collaboratively with therapists and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations- Demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all client interactions- Maintaining strong attention to detail while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or customer-facing health care environment (primary care experience preferred)- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or Medical Office Assistant program(preferred)- Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems considered an asset (Juvonno used in this clinic)- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office- Strong keyboarding and computer skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Education Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent (preferred)

Experience Requirements- Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a healthcare customer service role
