Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to work in our satellite clinic location, two dedicated days per week with availability to cover illness/vacation when needed. Days to be determined upon hiring but will be between Monday to Thursday.

Job duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Reception
  • Scheduling
  • Patient preparation
  • taking vitals and measurements
  • weighing and measuring infants
  • basic eye testing for driver's medicals
  • urine dips and preparing specimens for the lab
  • Assisting doctors with procedures and minor surgeries
  • Charging and cleaning rooms
  • Autoclaving instruments
  • Invoicing and receiving payments
  • Various other administrative duties
  • Keeping areas clean and disinfected
  • Keeping track of supplies and ordering inventory

  • Familiar with basic office machines such as scanners and fax machines
  • Accuro EMR experience is an asset
  • Medical knowledge and terminology

Wage dependent on experience. Please note that this position's potential start date is October 2026.
