Full job description

We are a boutique, high-end specialty dental practice in Yorkville dedicated to delivering an exceptional, tailored patient experience. We are seeking a polished, dual-trained Level 1/2 Certified Dental Assistant to lead our front desk operations while offering occasional chairside support.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Patient Hospitality: Warmly welcome patients, maintain a high-end atmosphere, and deliver first-class patient relations.
  • Practice Operations: Oversee daily administrative workflows, manage phone lines, handle messaging, and optimize appointment schedules.
  • Financial Services: Prepare treatment estimates, manage insurance/billing, process payments, and generate daily financial reports.
  • Clinical Administrative Support: Track specialist referrals, monitor lab cases, scan medical records, and handle dictated reports for referring dentists.

Clinical Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Chairside Assisting: Provide chairside support during specialized procedures as needed.
  • Sterilization & Operatory Care: Maintain strict infection control standards, instrument sterilization, and room preparation.

What We Are Looking For:

  • HARP Certification (Mandatory)
  • Level 1/2 Dental Assistant Certification (Level 1/ 2 CDA / NDAEB)
  • Strong background in dental front-office administration and practice management software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
