Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Clinic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. You will manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and handle administrative tasks along insurance billing. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a compassionate healthcare team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional environment
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Jane App
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently to appropriate staff members or practitioners
  • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history accurately
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed before the appointment start
  • Maintain organized front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Support senior staff and practitioners in the days to day operation

Skills

  • Proficiency with Jane App
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Sunday: 10am to 5pm
  • Monday: 9am to 7pm
