We are a well-established family medicine clinic in Scarborough, expanding rapidly and looking for dedicated professionals to join us. With a diverse patient population, including a large Chinese-speaking community, we pride ourselves on providing excellent care in a supportive environment.

We are seeking Medical Secretaries who are passionate about patient care and excited to help our clinic grow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide friend and efficient administrative support.
  • Manage patient scheduling, billing, and EMR systems.
  • For Office Manager: Oversee day-to-day operations, assist in recruitment, and support staff training and development.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff; fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Warm and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling, and Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership experience
