Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing hygiene schedules and patient communication. Dental office experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule
  • Coordinate patient appointments and recall system
  • Confirm appointments and manage cancellations
  • Communicate with patients regarding hygiene visits and treatment plans
  • Work closely with hygienists and the front desk team to maintain an efficient schedule
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up systems

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office experience is required
  • Experience as a Hygiene Coordinator or similar dental administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Gold dental software is a strong asset

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
