Full job description

Walk-in Clinic Assistant/Medical Office Receptionist,

  • Use EMR system. Experience with OSCAR or Avaros Software is preferred.
  • Book appointments and answer phone calls.
  • Withdraw blood from patients, collect a variety of other specimen samples and label the vials filled.
  • Handle daily flow of patients varying in age and health status.
  • Act friendly, courteous and sympathetic when it comes to interacting with patients.
  • Perform daily tasks in a well-organized manner and maintain documents, equipment, supplies.....etc. in the proper location.
  • keep all files and information in a safe place for confidentiality.
  • Practice infection control standards at all times when working with patients and equipment.
  • Can work full shifts/evening shifts and Saturday.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
