Looking for an amazing, full time Medical Office Assistant for TruMed Clinic.

Our ideal candidate: an experienced, mature and serious individual interested in working at one of Edmonton's best Alternative Medicine clinics.

TruMed Clinic is looking for an integral, long term, full-time part of our team.

Our new member will provide exceptional customer service to our patients, as well as providing support to medical staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering main line - discussing services, booking patients & scheduling
  • Greeting and registering patients
  • Sorting faxes and email
  • Receive instructions from Doctors - required testing, fees, appointment booking
  • Stocking
  • Minor cleaning

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • High School diploma
  • Medical Office Assistant training
  • Recent customer service experience
  • Experience with EMR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time - 35-40 hours per week.
