Full job description

Our well established, progressive dental office is seeking an enthusiastic, detailed oriented, friendly professional to join our amazing team. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Previous experience with Hygiene Coordinating, Dental Treatment Coordinating or Dental A/R is an asset.

Hours are Monday to Friday with some Saturdays

Wage commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • scheduling and confirming appointments
  • customer service for patient arrival and departure; ensuring a lasting positive experience
  • answer and manage phone calls
  • processing dental claims and collecting payments
  • obtaining insurance breakdowns
