Full job description

Seeking Medical Office Assistant (MOA) for specialist medical office in downtown Vancouver.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Receive patients in a polite and friendly manner

- Register patients

- Schedule and coordinate appointments

- Answer phone calls and emails from patients

- File new referrals and other correspondence

Requirements:

- MOA certificate from an accredited educational institution. New graduates are welcome!

- Good presentation (dress code business casual)

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience with electronic medical records, EMR Plexia. Please let us know on your resume.

- Proficient computer skills

- Excellent English (both verbal and written)

- Command of several languages is an asset

- Paid training.
