Part-time, permanent MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT for Monday - Friday evenings. Shifts are Monday-Friday 3pm-830pm. You must have availability to work all 5 days a week.

This position is part-time from 3pm-830pm Monday-Friday, up to 27.5 hours a week including most stat holidays (we are always closed Christmas Day and New Years Day).

PainPRO offers Registered Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Occupational Therapy and Registered Clinical Counseling. We are a heart centered physical rehab clinic with a great group of therapists. You are the center of painPRO's continued success. Your positive can-do spirit is the foundation for creating the 5 Star experience that both our patients and healthcare professionals have come to expect. The MOA team member is the first and last person people see when they come to visit our clinics. You are responsible for running the behind the scenes administration for painPRO patients and practitioners as well as providing 5 star customer service to anyone you come in contact with.

Your Role:

  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with existing and new patients, healthcare professionals, and vendors who depend on painPRO services.
  • Ensure confidentiality with all interactions so that “trust” becomes the foundation of all relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent communication of information to patients and healthcare professionals that ensure we meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure the clinic reception area, treatment rooms, and common areas remain organized and clean.
  • Uncompromising accuracy and attention to detail in the scheduling, booking, insurance billing, and collection of patient fees for all products and services offered by the company.
  • Ensure patient and therapist requests and inquiries are resolved quickly by effectively communicating through various channels: incoming/ outgoing phone calls, responding to emails, and face to face interaction.
  • Daily merchant and cash balancing.

Your Experience and Core Characteristics:

  • Willingness to grow personally and professionally.
  • Prior experience with Jane Clinic software is required!
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep calm while working with confused, frustrated, or upset individuals. Proactive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Google Drive is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Being open-minded in providing solutions to a variety of unexpected situations.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
