Komal Jain Dentistry is looking for a reliable, confident, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.

This role is primarily focused on:

  • Recalling patients
  • Booking appointments
  • Patient communication and follow-ups
  • Supporting front desk operations

Dental office experience is must, and Dental Assistant experience is considered a strong asset.
This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Coordination (Primary Role)

  • Call patients for recalls and follow-up appointments
  • Contact new patient leads and help schedule appointments
  • Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Maintain smooth daily scheduling and patient flow
  • Handle general front desk and administrative tasks
  • Experience using dental software such as Tracker is an asset

Clinical Support (Secondary / Asset)

  • Assist with sterilization or chairside support when needed
  • Dental Assistant experience is considered a plus

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental clinic is must
  • Experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or Dentist is an asset
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable with patient outreach and recall calling
  • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
  • English required; Hindi preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with dental scheduling and patient coordination
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Friendly and professional attitude with patients
