Overview
A surgical health care facility focusing on ocular diseases in Mississauga is currently welcoming volunteers to join our team and help create a warm, supportive environment for patients. Volunteers play a key role in assisting with registration and guiding patients through their clinic visit, helping to make their experience smooth and comfortable.

About the Role
As a Volunteer, you will work closely with our healthcare team to support patients throughout their visit. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in the healthcare field and want to make a meaningful impact in a professional setting that specializes in eye care.

What You Will Do

· Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

· Guide patients through the clinic and direct them to appropriate areas

· Assist with self-registration using kiosks

· Support the flow of patients through the front desk and clinical areas

· Help patients book follow-up appointments at kiosks

· Escort patients with mobility needs through the office

· Provide assistance with completing paperwork

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy clinic setting

· Basic familiarity with medical or administrative environments is a plus

· Previous experience is helpful but not required
