East Stoney Creek Chiropractic is a well-established, busy, multi-disciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare and patient-centered services.

Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time, experienced Medical Office Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our clinic’s administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows, accurate documentation, and excellent patient service. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients while maintaining efficient office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments using Jane App (previous experience using Jane App is an asset)
  • Process payments and handle insurance/WSIB billing/MVA billing
  • Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Support medical administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and managing patient files both digitally and physically.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations

Skills

  • Mandatory minimum 1 year experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy or medical clinic
  • Strong working knowledge of Jane App Software (preferred)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with insurance billing, WSIB and MVA an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills; ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and care.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently

Join us at East Stoney Creek Chiropractic where your administrative expertise will contribute directly to delivering exceptional patient care in a vibrant wellness environment! We are offering part-time hours (approx. 15 hrs per week - flexible schedule but must be available for the 8am-2pm shift and the 2pm-8pm shift) and a competitive hourly wage based on experience. Applicants should live within the Hamilton area.
