Are you an experienced, confident leader ready to take ownership of a brand-new management role across a growing dental office? We are hiring a full-time Office Manager to oversee our established dental office in Winnipeg. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and make your mark in a growing organization.

About Us:
We are a locally owned, modern general dental clinic with amazing patients. Our general practice is patient-focused with an established team, we are thriving with a great new patient flow and a long-standing team and a fantastic patient base.

About the Role:
This is a unique position where you will split your time between . You’ll have a variety of tasks, flexibility to plan your schedule, while focusing on building systems, supporting teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is not a reception position, this is a vital leadership role at a clinic that believes in strong culture and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

· HR oversight: team management, recruitment, scheduling, team building, and performance management

· Accounts receivable oversight and financial process improvement

· Streamlining patient scheduling and optimizing patient flow

· Creating and implementing job descriptions, training processes, and SOPs for team members

· Direct growth and efficiency projects

Who We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 2-3 years of dental office management experience preferred, a minimum of 3 years dental experience is required

· Strong leadership presence with confidence to take command while maintaining compassion

· Fluent, professional English communication (spoken and written)

· Ability to manage different teams and office dynamics effectively

· High level of organization, accountability, and initiative

· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced leadership role
