Company Description:
We are a reputable dental group with five locations and a commitment to providing high-quality dental care to our patients. We are currently seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Dental Front Desk Administrators.

Job Description:
As a Dental Front Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments
  • Assist with billing and coding
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work weekdays from 7am to 8:30pm and weekends as needed
  • Any second language is an asset
  • Adequate mental math skills
  • Must be willing to work from any of our 5 locations in Winnipeg as required
  • Must hold a valid work permit/PR or citizens should apply.

Training:
Training will be provided for 1-2 weeks to ensure that you are fully equipped to succeed in your role.
