Full-time MOA/Executive Administrative Assistant for busy office. Four days/week (Friday off). 35 hours per week.

Duties include:

Plexia EMR

Phone/email

Scheduling appointments

Billing

Booking tests

Ordering/managing office supplies

Preparing exam room

Opening mail

Opening/closing office

Schedule meetings and out of town clinics

Managing physician's busy schedule

Above industry standard salary based on experience

Applicant needs good communication skills

Availability required within four weeks
