Dental Administration

We are seeking a dynamic, warm, and organized dental receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! As the first point of contact for our practice, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our office, creating an inviting environment for our patients from the moment they reach out.

In this vital role, you will manage daily front desk operations, including scheduling, patient intake, and insurance management. while supporting our patient centered, wholebody wellness philosophy. Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Atmosphere: Greet patients warmly, foster a calm and welcoming environment, and answer general questions regarding our holistic approach to dental care.
  • Scheduling & Flow: Efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software Tracker to optimize daily office flow and minimize wait times.
  • Communication: Manage phone system to answer inquiries, direct calls, and educate prospective patients on office policies and services promptly and empathetically.
  • Financial & Insurance Processing: Verify insurance benefits, process payments accurately, explain treatment estimates, and handle billing inquiries with transparency and care.
  • Records Management: Maintain complete, organized patient records including medical/dental histories electronic software platforms.
  • Administrative Operations: Perform routine administrative tasks including digital filing, document correspondence, and daily office preparation.
  • Clinical Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions and efficient appointment management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a dental receptionist or successfully completed a dental administrator program is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with dental practice management software Tracker preferred.
  • Dental Knowledge: Working knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification processes, and front-office procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate, patient first mindset.
  • Organization: Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail in scheduling and financial processing.
  • Wellness Alignment: An interest in or openness to holistic health, biological dentistry, and whole-body wellness concepts is highly desirable.
