Medical Office Administrator for PhysioChiroWellness Clinics

About Us

PhysioChiroWellness is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic providing Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Rehabilitation Therapy, Custom Orthotics, Orthopaedic Bracing, Compression Stockings, and other healthcare services and products.

We are seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Medical Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Complete patient registrations and intake procedures
  • Verify and document insurance information
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Submit and manage Extended Health Insurance claims
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate patient records within Jane App EMR
  • Support clinic operations, workflow, and patient experience initiatives
  • Assist with administrative projects and assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Office Administration Certificate or Diploma (preferred)
  • Experience working in a health and wellness clinic, rehabilitation clinic, or medical office
  • Experience with Jane App EMR (preferred)
  • Experience with Extended Health Insurance billing
  • Experience with MVA and/or WSIB administration considered an asset
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Starting compensation is determined using our structured compensation framework and may vary based on:

  • Relevant healthcare administration education
  • Jane App proficiency
  • Extended Health Insurance billing experience
  • MVA and WSIB experience
  • Previous paramedical clinic administration experience
  • Additional responsibilities and leadership roles
