Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Administrator / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Sherwood Park! Minimum 3 years of experience with treatment planning.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of treatment
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and update patient information as necessary
- Follow up with patients to schedule follow-up appointments or address any concerns
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure efficient patient flow and office operations

Skills

  • Familiarity with Tracker and/or Paradigm software is a plus for managing dental records.
  • Previous experience in Dental Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
