We are a busy patient-focused hearing clinic dedicated to improving lives through better hearing and exceptional care. Our team is warm, collaborative, and growth-minded, and we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding experience from the first phone call to ongoing patient care.

We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Clinic Administrator to become the heart of our office front.

- 2+ years in administrative, reception, or customer service

- Exceptional communication and people skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking ability

- Confident with computers and scheduling systems

- Detail-oriented and reliable

- MOA is an asset but not mandatory
