Full job description

Dental Office FT Administration/ Reception

We are looking for a candidate that is a positive team player that enjoys working in a friendly family practice with a team of specialized doctors, outstanding hygienists and a great administrative team.

The candidate would take ownership of creating a positive team environment that is both supportive and fun.

Required:

2 or more years of FT experience in dental reception

familiar with supplies and inventory maintenance

treatment coordinating and followup

day to day financial including AR audits, pre D, patient transactions

able to manage patient and treatment schedules

familiar with Cleardent and computer proficiency

strong communication skills with both patients, team and doctors

dental knowledge, processes and medical terminology a must

great patient care and to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients

day to day financial processes including AR checks, transactions, review patient ledgers and preparing payables

Additional Skills:

problem solver that takes initiative

quick learner with an open mindset to learning new tasks and systems

coordinating communication and processes between front and back end staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
