We are looking for a passionate HR/Admin to join our team.

Job Duties

  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Executive Support: Support executive staff with calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate office supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage overall office organization.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure employee information and records are accurate and up to date.
  • HR Support: Assist with HR documentation, prepare reports/presentations, and maintain HR databases.
  • Policy & Inquiry: Assist with policy updates and respond to basic HR-related inquiries from staff.
  • Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant human resources or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) is an asset.
  • Compliance: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Wage: Starting from $20.00 per hour
