Full-Time | Competitive Compensation ($27–$35/hour based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced dental office, enjoy working with patients, and take pride in keeping a busy schedule running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a busy appointment schedule
  • Verify dental insurance eligibility and submit insurance claims
  • Prepare treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements with patients
  • Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software
  • Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

  • Dental experience REQUIRED
  • Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience
  • Only candidates with previous dental office experience will be considered
  • Experience with Dentrix (or other dental practice management software)
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and claims processing
  • Experience with scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
