Clinic Manager – Full-Time

Revamp Health Centre is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Clinic Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in or managing a healthcare, rehabilitation, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or multidisciplinary clinic. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable managing a busy clinic, and able to take ownership of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
  • Manage and coordinate front-desk and administrative staff
  • Manage practitioner and patient scheduling
  • Ensure excellent patient service and handle patient concerns when necessary
  • Oversee billing, payments, insurance-related administration, and accounts
  • Monitor clinic workflow and help maintain efficient operations
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Maintain clinic policies, procedures, and administrative standards
  • Communicate with practitioners, staff, patients, suppliers, and other third parties
  • Help improve clinic efficiency, organization, and patient experience
  • Support management with other operational and administrative responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • Previous clinic management or healthcare administration experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary clinic is an asset
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage staff and handle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Experience with clinic-management or scheduling software is an asset
  • Knowledge of billing and insurance procedures is an asset

Position: Clinic Manager
Employment: Full-Time & Part-time
Compensation: $25-$30/hr, based on experience
Location: Toronto, Ontario
