Job Summary

We are a patient-focused, team-oriented dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager, preferably with a dental background, to lead our administrative and clinical team and support the continued growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient record management
  • Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
  • Manage electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA standards, and privacy laws
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control to optimize clinic resources
  • Payroll
  • Support clinical staff by facilitating communication between providers and administrative personnel
  • Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency
  • Handle patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Use of practice management software for appointment scheduling, billing, and reporting
  • Coordinate with external vendors for supplies and equipment maintenance

Experience

  • Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting with a strong understanding of dental practice operations
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience within a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare regulations
  • Experience with human resources functions including hiring and staff development
  • Background in budgeting, financial management, or administrative leadership within a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
