And when we fall short, what matters most is taking ownership, fixing the issue quickly, and being brave enough to acknowledge it. We believe that through open discussion and reflection, everyone grows. This mindset is a core part of how we work and learn together.

We also welcome dental assistants or dental hygienists who are interested in transitioning into an administrative role. Your clinical experience and patient care background are valuable assets to our front office team.

Why Join Us?

Our beautiful, modern office is a trusted part of our vibrant, family-focused neighborhood. We’re proud of our strong team of experienced administrators and clinicians who create a positive, fun, and professional work environment every day. Our team loves working together everyday! We take time out for fun team events a few times a year.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to grow with us and be part of something special.
