Clear Choice Plumbing is a fast-growing, customer-focused plumbing service company committed to delivering top-tier service and a seamless customer experience. Our office team is fully remote, highly collaborative, and plays a critical role in keeping our field operations running efficiently.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in their work.

Job Overview
You’ll be responsible for managing inbound calls, coordinating schedules, supporting dispatch, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact to job completion.

This is not just a call-answering role — we’re looking for someone who can think critically, stay organized under pressure, and contribute to a high-performing team.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, processing payments
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM.
  • Basic computer skills. Capable of creating/formatting documents, saving different file types, using email application and basic web browser skills.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and daily admin tasks
  • Communicate updates clearly with team members via Slack
  • Support office workflows and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service, administration, or dispatch
  • Strong communication skills (phone, written, and internal team communication)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry
  • Previous remote work experience and suitable home office space
  • Experience handling high call volume environments
  • - Fully remote - Work from home!- Medical and Extended benefits for full-time employees after 3 months of employment.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Fully remote position - preference given to those able attend in-person meetings or team events as required in Victoria, BC.
  • Monday to Friday, full availability required between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Part time to start with transition to full time possible
  • Must be available during scheduled hours and maintain a distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable internet connection required
  • Training, phone and computer equipment provided

Wage dependant on experience ($20-$30/hr)

Performance-based incentives/bonuses

Extended benefit package available to full time employees
