Full job description

HEAR Ontario is excited to be expanding our Hearing Clinics to the Elora area and are currently looking for a Client Care Administrator to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet all clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, and schedule appointments using Blueprint.
  • Create revenue generating opportunities by driving patient appointments and reaching out to current and potential clients.
  • Respond to all inquiries.
  • Process, submit and track insurance and government claim forms.
  • Maintain hearing aid inventory.
  • Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids.
  • Other administrative duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a medical or client-oriented office.
  • Prior experience with greeting clients, scheduling appointments, payment processing, and tracking of supplies/inventory in an office environment.
  • Working knowledge to expert knowledge of all third-party insurance programs, is a definite asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
