Position Details

Position: Full-Time Clinic Manager
Location: Wellington Dental – Guelph, Ontario
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance incentives

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the operational leader of the clinic, you'll oversee all aspects of day-to-day performance, including:

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members

  • Build team engagement and accountability

Clinic Operations

  • Optimize workflows and operational efficiency
  • Manage schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships

Financial Performance

  • Monitor key performance indicators and clinic goals
  • Support budgeting and financial planning
  • Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and patient retention

Patient Experience

  • Ensure every patient receives exceptional service
  • Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Support treatment acceptance and patient education initiatives
  • Create systems that enhance the overall patient journey

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of clinic management experience
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes
