Full job description

We are looking for an exceptional Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities consists of, but not limited too:

  • Greet, check in and direct patients.
  • Book, schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Filing & sorting, scanning
  • Answer phones and relay messages
  • Other administrative tasks as required
  • Maintaining records/ accounts
  • Efficient with Microsoft computer applications
  • Punctuality
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and hard working

We are looking to hire 1 full time postilion.

Working hour: 8:30 am-4: 30 pm, Monday to Thursday. Friday (from 8: 30 AM to 12: 30 PM)

This is a busy, fast paced specialist office. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills who is a self starter, can multi task and work great as part of a team.

1-2 years PS suite EMR experience is an asset.

Requirements: Diploma of medical office administration.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fergus, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

  • Secondary School (preferred)
