Front Desk Administrator

About Us

About the Role

This is a permanent position and a critical part of our patient experience. From the very first hello, you set the tone.

You will be:

  • Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phones, emails and schedule
  • Handling insurance estimates, claims and reconciliations
  • Occasionally performing magic to accommodate last-minute requests

Training & Support: We don’t just throw you into the deep end. You will receive structured training and full support from day one to help you succeed in the role.

Who You Are

  • You have administrative or dental front desk/assisting experience (bonus if both)
  • You understand how dental insurance works or are eager to master it quickly
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
  • You are upbeat, organized, calm under pressure and genuinely love helping people
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable with digital practice management systems (we use Tracker)

Schedule

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
