  • Dentrix and Recallmax proficiency (required)
  • AR experience (an asset)

Your Day-to-Day

  • Greet patients and manage front desk operations
  • Answer phones and emails with professionalism and care
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain accurate electronic records (Dentrix & Recallmax)
  • Support administrative tasks including filing and data entry
  • Work closely with the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
