Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy and growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins/outs
  • Follow and maintain daily operational checklists
  • Process billing, insurance claims, and payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate professionally with patients in person and over the phone
  • Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Call insurance companies to get estimates and insurance breakdowns.

Requirements:

  • Previous dental reception experience is preferred
  • Proficient in dental software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
